Mr Elliot Atwongire is an experienced Business Development Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. He is Skilled in Banking, Tally ERP, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, and Accounting Software. He has completed his basic education from Ruhinda Senior Secondary School located at Mitoma, Uganda. He is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor's of sciences in accounting and finance from Ndejje University.  He has done several internships under the Ministry of Local Government Uganda and served his skill as Customer service officer at GoldLines SACCO Ltd.

Mr Elliot Atwongire, is currently working as a relationship officer at Equity Bank Ltd, Uganda with three years of experience in the digital banking department. Where his key responsibilities are handling client complaints arising from different digital banking platforms. Ensuring that all clients are using the different digital banking platforms. Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing, tracking and filling of new client applications for registration on digital banking platforms, Receiving and issuing out ATM cards to clients, Cashing in and out money to clients from their accounts, Ensuring that bank reconciliations for daily transactions, handling money transfers and generating everyday reports for audit purposes. While performing his responsibilities he has come along many times with the issues faced by people regarding cyber-crimes in financial sectors mostly banks i.e. Credit card fraud, mortgage fraud, securities fraud, healthcare fraud, etc. This dwells his interest towards cyber forensics and then he started to explore the area of Cyber Crime and forensic investigation. He has completed a master class certificate course of forensic investigation from the International Institute of certified forensic investigation professionals. By learning and solving issues of customers he has skilled himself with numerous certificate courses and training.
