Lt. Col. Dr. Rashed Alghafri

Lt. Col. Dr. Expert Rashed Alghafri is Chairman of the Dubai Police Scientist Council, Director of Training and Development Department at the General Department of Forensic Sciences and Criminology. He is an active Forensic Investigator and Researcher, specialising in Forensic Genetics. He has many memberships in several international organizations like Head of Youth Scientists Committee at MBRAS, President of Arabian Speaking Working Group in the International Society of Forensic Genetics, etc. He is an Adjunct Professor at Murdoch University in Australia and is also teaching at United Arab Emirates University in Al-Ain. He has received various awards, locally, regionally and internationally. He is alumni of Impactful leadership and social leadership programs organized by MBRCLD and the National Expert Program organized by Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi.
