It was a very informative talk based on external examination only. Prof Rastogi has consciously avoided medical details in line with ethical requirements of Professional Misconduct of associate with unrelated non-medical personnels regarding medical knowledge. I agree entirely with him on Cost factors of DNA profiling of all unidentified dead bodies. In mass disasters, autopsies on all victims need to be avoided. It must be there in clear cut guidelines, it's my humble suggestion.
